Tokyo Ikebukuro International Art Festival 2006 has organised from 29^th July to 7^th August,2006 at the public and private venues within the wide area of Ikebukuro station.

  Artists from japan and abroard provided  to the pubilc in Ikebukuro the opotunities to meet the  art.

  This art festival is related to the Echigo Tsumari Art Triennal 2006 in Niigata by Grizedale Arts Events, which also gave the chance to communicate between urban and rural country side of Japan.

   Many local people and students were  invloved as a volunteer to produce form of the colabotativel festival.

  Here We want to sincerely thank all people who participated in defferent part to support this successful Art Festival.
