Kate went off to Kankaku Museum in Miyagi as a jury for the little drawal competition they organised. with Emily, Sean, Martin and I went to Appi for skiing! We met up with our friend Chiba, his children and Kikuchi's boys. They are tuff skiers, but not me. I retired much earlier than them for coffee. (HK) |

This is the first time I had to clear snow from the road, because this year we did not have much snow as much as usual. Over the last night strong wind drifted the snow covered our road completely. So I gave up west side road, which we usually use, instead opened south side of the studio to drive through. (HK) |

| hung over from last night karaoke session! Kate took children at 7 o'clock in the morning to local sport gym to participate the Iwate kendo Contest. (HK) |

| Kate's G3DT is working again now! In the afternoon I took children to the dentist in Morioka and I attended the new year party of Dream Club in town. Quite fun, came home at three o'clock in the morning after singing in Karaoke... (HK) |

Macintosh, Macintosh! Kate just wanted to back up the date she has in her hard disc. So i helped her to set up external hard disc to copy it. But some reason, mac has frozen, so I just restared. But now we can not start with OSX any more but old system 8. Because of that the OSX system files must be damaged somehow, So now we can not read her all files through System 8! I spent next whole 2 days to fix this problem by installing fresh OSX again and again. I hope that I managed to save her datas.(HK) |

Our folklift has frozen. same again like last winter, so I borrowed jet burner from Sasawatari's shop and atfer one hour of heating, everything is OK again. I really need to tidy up the studio which is packed up with the things from years and not enogh spave for working. (HK) |
