We had a Iwate Sculpture Symposium committee meeting today. Iwate town mayor told us to reconsider the Symposim after just celebrated 30th anniversary last year!? He suggested that we ought to hold the conference with top specialists of sculpture bussiness.
Ishigami No Oka Museum of Art rebuilt 2 years ago by Qakamatsu and Richard Murphy after completely desaster of its management by town and Hakone Sculpture Park Co.ltd.. It looks working out O.K. so far, but still there are lots of problems, off cource. Sculpture Symposium now has to deal with both Museum side(its sculpture park) and social education.(HK)

First we have bought shunokels and then kazue took us to the nice calm beach outside Ofunato, where we spent nice whole day playing on the beach. |

At last, we got the marbles from China today. It took rather long from Nagoya to Ukishima, because of the confusion of our transport company. (HK) |

PrimarySchool finished and the summer holiday started today in the pool! |

Afternoon we started to Yorozu museum to see "Eric Carl Ehibition", Then drove further to the sea side city called Ofunato, where Kazue has her show in one of the most beautifull japanese traditional warehouse,"Kura". She put up iron installation,which gave this strong charactored space more elegant movement, just like sea wave. |
