Tuesday 25th February , "Bedtime Reading"
kate is reading "Beano" to children.(HK)
Sunday 23rd February , "Arbeit"
Sean is busy clearing snow on the deck. He spent all his TV tickets for this week for playing Star Wars computer game already. So he can not watch none of Sunday childrens' catoon programmes. He should get extra tickets if he helps house hold jobs, such as dish wasing, sweeping floor or clearing snow around the house. Now he is working hard to gain any ticket.(HK)
Saturday 22nd February , "Crystal Opening"
We went to the exhibiton opening at Morioka Crystal Gallery. 4 Youg Artists from Iwate showing their comtemporary paintings and sculptures.(HK)
Friday 21st February , "Work Again"
I am setting a new murble stone for Kate's next project.(HK)
Thursday 20th February , "Hara-san"
I went to Italian Restaurant with Hara-san after the business meeting at the art agant office in Daikanyama. I met him whe I had a show in Cambridge University 2 years ago where he is teaching, but for a year he now working in an university in Tokyo. I also went to the Daniel Libeskind exhibiotn at ICC in Tokyo Opera City. It was the most amazing and exciting show I have ever seen in the last decade! He is undoubtedly the leading architect in our 21st century.(HK)
Wednesday 19th February , "Burancusi Prixe"
Reception party and Brancusi Award giving ceremony by the Japan Rumania Cultural Exchange Society at the Ikebukuro Art Theatre Gallery. Exhibitoin is organised by the society members and Rumanian artsits, in which I am showing one of my piece. (HK)
I met at the reception Mr.Sakurai and Tarusawa. Mr. Sakurai used to be the teacher of Sendai Daiichi High School in Sendai, where we dhad PACT project. He organised the project with us. And about 23 years ago, I used to work for sculptor Yokozawa for a year in his studio in Nagano, where Tarusawa was also one of his assistants.
Mr. Yanagisawa, administrater of the society, who invited me to join the society this year. Mr. Paul Popescu, director of the Brancusi Culture Centre and the mayar of Targu Jiu city, where Brancusi was born.

Tuesday 18th February , "Setting Scilpture"
We set Kate's murble LED light sculpture for the entrance of a local hospital.(HK)
Sunday 16th February , "Emily's Ballet"
Emily's Ballet group performance in local art festival in Nishine.(HK)
Also in the afternoon we went to see the Anias Wilder 's kick down performance in Iwate Art Museum.(HK)
Thursday 13th February , "Hole made"
Roughly shaped. Temperture outside is -10 in the moring and -1mid day, my nose is red like a raindear and dripping all the time!(HK)
Tuesday 11th February , "Adjusting Costume"
Kate's preparing the ballet costume for Emily's performance next Sunday.(HK)
Saturday 8th February , "Koiwai Snow Festival"
Children are enjoying running around in the Koiwai Snow Festival and saw new born rum. (HK)
Thursday 6th February , "Drilling Stone"
Jackhummers from Kikuchi are working funtastic. Fun with drilling!(HK)
Wednesday 5th February , "Shooting #3"
Mori was not quite happy about the result of the last shots. Today might be the last chance to shoot. Weather looks fine and sun is setting beautifully today. (HK)
Ukishima primary school has the ski school tommorow. Kate is cutting Sean's hair, so that he can see where he is going.(HK)
Tuesday 4th February , "Cold and Tired"
Kate was hungry and cold by working freezing outside. Skin off for lunch.(photographed by Mori) (HK)
Monday 3rd February , "Setsubun Festival"
Japanese traditional seasonal festival 'Setsubun'. Throwing soya beans traditionaly, but these days we do with peanuts and eaten afterwards.(HK)
Sunday 2nd February , "Shooting #2"
Mori's busy trying to set up camera toget good good shot before the sun set. But unfortunately clouds are thick and we cannot see much blue bit of sky today! (HK)
